Baby strollers, pet strollers and wheelchairs are available for rental at the Customer Service Centre.

1.Overseas tourists who shop at Florentia Village for a total of RMB 200 (inclusive) or more may process their tax refund at the Navigator Plaza Customer Service Center by presenting documents such as their passport showing the most recent entry date, the Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, or the Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents.

2.Overseas tourists must depart from China within 90 days after purchasing the tax-refundable items. They are required to bring the purchased items and the Departure Tax Refund Application Form issued by the mall to the corresponding customs inspection area at the restricted zone for customs inspection.

3.In the event of a return, the tourist must provide the mall with the Departure Tax Refund Application Form and the ordinary VAT invoice.

Relevant tax refund regulations and amendments are subject to the official documents issued by the government.
