Florentia Village Istanbul opened in September 2026, adding a new destination to RDM-Fingen Group’s global retail portfolio. Developed through a €250 million investment by RDM-Fingen Group and Kalyon İnşaat, it is Türkiye’s first luxury designer outlet built to international standards.
The first phase offers 65,000 square meters of leasable space, with around 190 stores alongside restaurants and social spaces. A planned second phase will add 45,000 square meters, bringing the total leasable area to 110,000 square meters.
Inspired by Renaissance and ancient Roman architecture, the open-air village combines this heritage with modern Italian design. Squares, streets, façades and fountains connect the boutiques, restaurants and leisure spaces, creating a setting for shopping, dining, culture, art and entertainment.

Florentia Village Istanbul is about five minutes’ drive from Istanbul Airport, one of the world’s busiest aviation hubs, with annual passenger traffic of more than 100 million. The village borders the upscale residential district of Göktürk, and a direct metro connection provides a 25-minute journey to Gayrettepe, one of the city’s main commercial hubs. Road links connect the destination to Istanbul’s European and Asian sides, making it accessible to local residents and international travelers.

The retail mix spans luxury, contemporary fashion and sportswear, with brands including Ferragamo, Hugo Boss, Moncler, Prada and Ralph Lauren. Shoppers can enjoy year-round discounts of up to 70 percent off retail prices. The village is also home to Türkiye’s first standalone Ferragamo outlet boutique.
Dining brings local flavors to the village, with Turkish cuisine, fine dining, casual cafés and themed food markets. Doğuş Group’s CASA and multi-concept dining venue The Shelter are among the inaugural tenants, alongside food and beverage brands making their debut in Türkiye.
Florentia Village Istanbul celebrated its opening with an immersive ceremony produced by Balich Wonder Studio, the creative team behind 17 Olympic ceremonies and the opening ceremony of the 2026 Milan–Cortina d’Ampezzo Winter Olympics. Under the theme “Crossroads of the World,” opera, fashion, music, dance and art brought together Türkiye and Italy, East and West, and past and future.

The evening began on the village’s main staircase with a welcome performance accompanied by two pianos, followed by opera featuring Puccini’s arias.
An Ottoman galleon installation, reinterpreted in a contemporary style, appeared above the village amid music and light. On the main staircase, models portrayed passengers disembarking from the vessel in opening-night looks created by 15 designers.
After the main-stage performance, guests followed the show through the village’s squares and gardens. Along the way, they encountered an Eastern Express-inspired scene, live graffiti dedicated to Istanbul’s cats, dance performances exploring the meeting of East and West, and illuminated garden installations. The evening concluded with a finale at Luxury Square.

Murathan Kalyoncu, Chairman of the Board of Kalyon İnşaat, said: “Florentia Village is the result of a shared dream, belief and strong friendship.
